Payment
For online payments, your credit card will be charged once your order is completed. In the event of a cancellation or stock issues, the amount will be refunded to your credit card within 15 business days.
Delivery
We aim to hand over your orders to the delivery service as soon as possible, if possible the same day. For products with a longer delivery time, the shipping time as indicated in the product details is a maximum of 3 working days. You will be informed of any delays.
To ensure a smooth delivery, we ask you to provide the address where you are during the day.
Your order will be processed according to the delivery option you have chosen. Products will be shipped from our warehouse via one of the available couriers. Your order will be handed over to the courier within two working days after approval.
For different delivery conditions, please contact our customer service. Deliveries are only possible within Turkey.
Payment control
If there is a problem during payment, you will be informed about it on the payment page.
If an error in the specified address results in a failed delivery, the customer will be contacted.
After confirming your order, you will automatically receive an email at the email address you provided confirming your order.
We are responsible for successful delivery, both to our customers and to the bank that manages our credit card system.
Important Notes
If you suspect that your package has been damaged in transit, open it in the presence of the courier and check the contents. If you notice any damage to the product, have a damage report drawn up by the courier and refuse to accept the product.
Once the product has been delivered, it is considered that the courier has performed his task properly.
If the product is damaged, please send the damage form to trendxstoretr @gmail .com as soon as possible. Once you have completed these steps, we will start the process to re-execute your delivery as soon as possible.
If you briefly explain why you want to return the product, this will help us further process your request.
